Phyllis Jean Cochran, daughter of Perry Cochran Sr. and Margie (Baldridge) Cochran, was born on October 2, 1956, in Anchorage, Alaska. She passed from this life on September 30, 2026, in Oklahoma City, just two days shy of her 70th birthday.

Phyllis was a proud graduate of Stilwell High School, Class of 1974. Her faith was an important part of her life, and she was a devoted member of First Baptist Church of Stilwell. She accepted the Lord as her Savior as a teenager and remained faithful to her church until her health no longer allowed her to attend.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law Robert Thompson.

Phyllis leaves to cherish her one sister, Janice Thompson, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two brothers, Perry Cochran Jr. and wife Shirley of Stilwell, Oklahoma, and William Cochran and wife Elaine of Abilene, Texas; along with loving family who will remember her with love.

Though her earthly journey ended just before another birthday could be celebrated, the years Phyllis shared with those she loved created memories that will remain long after her passing. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
